Gertrude

There is an octopus who lives relatively near where our boat is. We have named him/her Gertrude.

It's really cool seeing the color changes, from pale white to dark mottled black to purple, to match the background.

Gertrude shows up in different locations at different times and days. We try not to disturb them, but we do enjoy having a look from a respectful distance.
