Good morning from Elbow Cay
We are under way, heading for Pipe Creek!
It's a beautiful morning, though things seem to be misbehaving today.
The anchor bridle gave us trouble this morning, it ended up wrapped around the chain. This is very odd, since we didn't swing much on anchor last night. I ended up having to swim to the front of the boat to get it untangled. Thankfully, the air and water temps are nice and comfortable.
The sea state is rougher than hoped. It's not bad, but it means we might need to skip snorkeling (and hunting for lionfish and lobster) at a reef along our route. We will see when we get there.
And, the winds are right on the nose, we can't even motor sail.
Still, it's a lovely morning, and we are in paradise. I'll take it!
