'Twas a dark and stormy...morning

Looks like it's going to be one of those days.

There is a tropical wave rolling over us, with a lot of moisture in the atmosphere. The weather forecasts said to expect rain, and it looks like we are going to get it...

We have seen a few bolts of lightning, and heard some thunder. The forecast does not include high winds, though thunderstorms sometimes bring locally high wind gusts.

We had hoped this would arrive later in the day, but it looks like this is how it's going to be starting right off. So, our plans for going to shore will be delayed, possibly until tomorrow. Such is life on the water.
